Official Music Licensing
All music content featuring Uzbek artists published on this Website is distributed and made available under an official license granted by UZAVTOR — the authorized collective copyright management organization of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
UZAVTOR (Uzbekistan Copyright and Related Rights Protection Society) operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and represents the rights and interests of authors, composers, and other copyright holders.

Scope of the License
Under the applicable licensing agreement with UZAVTOR, muzfm.tv has the legal right to:
- Host and publish musical works of Uzbek performers and composers represented by UZAVTOR
- Provide online streaming access to licensed music content
- Provide digital access to licensed audio content in accordance with the terms of the license (including downloads, if applicable)
The license is valid within the territory defined by the licensing agreement (primarily the Republic of Uzbekistan) and applies only to works managed by UZAVTOR.

Content Limitations
Some content available on the Website may not be represented by UZAVTOR. In such cases, content is either:
- Used under separate permission from the rights holder, or
- Removed promptly upon receiving a valid copyright notice
